Personality Inventories

We use the DISC personality style inventory and the JOHARI Window.  These tools focus on identifying each individual’s strengths and weaknesses and how to work best as a team.  We touch on topics such as conflict resolution, leadership style, introvert vs extrovert, motivation, decision making, and communication.
